Conyer No. 16 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Grand Encampment Knights Templar, PHA, USA has unveiled the pride of a Sir Knight !<\/strong> The Knights Templar were a medieval Christian military order that was active from the 12th to the 14th century. They were known for their military prowess and their role in the Crusades. The phrase \u201c40 miles\u201d is often associated with the Knights Templar because it was said that they would go \u201c40 miles, barefoot and over frozen ground\u201d to provide support for their fellow knights<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Knights also vow to care for the sick, the pilgrim, the destitute, the widow, the orphan, and the Christian religion. However, we have never had a structured way to do this, nor even a way to model it for the individual Knight.
